Easy, Convenient Dental Payment Options

- Cash or Check
- Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- HSA/FSA cards
- Cherry– A payment plan company for out-of-pocket expenses. Learn more about Cherry.
- Payment plan options available—ask us for details!
Our team is happy to walk you through these options and help you find the one that works best for your family.
Out-of-Network
As an out-of-network PPO dental provider, what does this mean to you?
- With a PPO plan, you can choose your dental provider
- We do not take DHMO or Medicaid/Medicare plan
- We are able to provide individualized, high-quality dental care without having insurance companies influence diagnosis or treatment
- We can check your out-of-network benefits coverage for you; however, insurances will never provide us with the exact dollar amount as opposed to if you call
- You pay upfront for the treatment provided that day and then we submit the claim to your insurance on your behalf
Insurance Reimbursement
While we are out-of-network with any dental insurance plans, we gladly submit claims on your behalf as long as you have PPO insurance so that your insurance company can reimburse you directly. This means you’ll receive the check within 14 business days, not us. Please keep in mind that the amount of your reimbursement is based on your current dental insurance policy plan.
To support you, we:
- Submit your claims electronically for faster processing
- Provide detailed documentation in order to maximize your reimbursement
- Help you understand what to expect from your plan
Please bring your current insurance information along with a form of photo identification to your first appointment, and we’ll take care of the rest.
